The Cazalous Farm for your foie gras of duck, magrets, duck sausages stuffed with liver, figs stuffed with FG, pure duck Chitlins, stuffed duck necks (25% FG). But also whole ducks with or without livers, duck gizzards for salads or recipes from the Southwest. Also discover the duck millefeuilles (25% FG) of the cazalous farm!

The farm of the Cazalous is also the confit thighs, the dry sausage and the delicious Rillettes, not forgetting the aiguillettes and sleeves of traditional farmhouse.

I hope that our last 2 deliveries have been well honored by our team and that our products have been delighted your taste buds and those of your loved ones.
We will schedule a last delivery in the 1st week of June before returning to you in October (no delivery during the summer period).

Important information

Dear customers, we are going through a very difficult period in the palmiped/poultry industry!

Unfortunately, we will not be able to take on our monthly deliveries from the NORTH (from Brive to all of Paris) and the SOUTH (from Millau to Hyeres) before September.

However, if you wish to have a delivery, we can send you our production by our Chronofresh service (very serious service in cold link).
The price of the delivery will be symbolic when you order (you will receive the amounts upstream and the payment will be made by credit card).

At this moment it is very difficult for us to keep our prices unchanged for 9 years due to the national context (increase in raw materials, shortages of ducklings / hatcheries, …)
We cannot publish a price list on our production, we will inform you of the price according to your requests and the moment.
